Headteacher Welcome

On behalf of the children, staff and governors, I am delighted to welcome you to St Botolph's CE Academy. I am so pleased and proud to be Headteacher here and it is a real privilege to be part of St Botolphs and its community.

We are a warm, welcoming and friendly academy, where children say they feel safe and well cared for and parents agree.

At St Botolph’s, we believe that everyone can succeed within our caring and strong Christian Ethos. Our core values of: Respect, Responsibility, Relationships, Resilience, Reverence and Reflection are embedded in everything that we do.

We aim to provide a creative learning environment which promotes practical first hand experiences, independence and enquiry, whilst maintaining the highest standards.  Children are valued and we nurture them carefully to be the best that they can be and reach their full potential. Our highly skilled and dedicated team of staff set high expectations with regard to standards and progress, behaviour, attendance and attitudes to learning throughout the academy.

Parents, carers and the wider community are seen as valuable, equal partners within the academy and we continue work hard to develop a good partnership with everyone involved in the life of the academy in order to support childrens' learning.
